Photos that sell - what I've learned after 3 years listing

I see so many listings with dark, blurry photos taken on a rainy Tuesday in November. Here's what I've learned about taking photos that actually sell: - Take them in the morning when the light is softer, ideally on a bright day - Open all the curtains and blinds - let the light in - Tidy up completely before shooting - no clutter, no washing up, no personal items - Get low - kneel down to take room shots rather than shooting from standing height - Include the view from the caravan, even if it's just a field. People are booking a location as much as a van - The cover photo should be your best exterior shot on a sunny day Took me about 3 hours to redo all my photos following these rules and my listing views doubled.
