Raising prices for 2027 - how much is too much?

I'm looking at my prices for 2027 and with all the site fee increases and utility costs going up, I feel like I need to raise prices. But I'm worried about pricing myself out. Currently at £450/week peak. Thinking of going to £495. Is that too much of a jump in one go?

£45 increase is about 10% - that's reasonable with the way costs are going. I raised mine by about 8% for this year and nobody batted an eyelid. Just make sure you're still competitive with other listings in your area at the new price point.
