Looking for a 4-berth static - budget around £18k

First-time buyer here! Looking for a 4-berth static caravan, ideally 2015 or newer, with a budget of around £18,000. We're flexible on location - anywhere in England or Wales considered. Preferably on a site that allows subletting as we'd like to rent it out when we're not using it. If anyone's thinking of selling or knows of something that might suit, please let me know!

Good budget for a first van - you should be able to get something 2017-2018 for that in most parts of the country. Just make sure you factor in site fees and any pitch transfer fees in your budget. Those can add £3-5k to the total cost depending on the park. Good luck with the search!
